After filling out your contact form on my website, I will give you a call so that we can speak briefly prior to your session. I would ask you some basic questions about your current health, and what it is that you are struggling and need help with. I would ask what type of service you are looking to receive, as well as when your last massage or Reiki energy session was. And most importantly, I would ask you what your intention for the session is, whether it be for a physical pain, emotional, mental, spiritual or all of the above. We would then set up your first session for a mutually agreed upon date and time.

When you arrive for your first session, I ask that you show up about 10-15 minutes early, so that you have plenty of time to fill out an intake form. Please come prepared knowing any medications that you are currently taking. We will discuss together your individual needs and desires for the session, and how I will go about providing you with what you are looking for.

Follow up

After your session, I highly suggest you drink extra water that day and the next, to flush out the toxins released during the massage, or continue moving the energy during a Reiki session. I advise you to be gentle on yourself for a couple of days, to allow the session to thoroughly work through your body and mind. I will typically follow up with you by text or a phone call a few days after your session, just to check in to see how you are feeling, and if you have any questions.
